"When my future husband and I set out to find a photographer, we didn't just want someone who would snap photos.We wanted an artist. Someone who would capture the very feel, emotion, atmosphere, and essence of one of the most important days of our lives. We wanted every shot to be a beautiful piece of art, freezing precious moments in time.
Emily was the perfect photographer for us. She is so fun, creative, organized and thoughtful. On your wedding day, there's so many details you simply cannot think about. Emily helped us capture all of the photos we wanted - even the photos we didn't know we wanted! She was so efficient and on top of the entire process, able to direct the entire wedding party with grace and ease. She's incredible at letting everyone know exactly what they need to be doing, with an eye for every detail.
My favorite part about Emily's work is that it's truly her own, unique art. When I look back at these photos for the rest of my life, I will feel the very same emotions I felt on that day. I might even feel the warm sun as it breaks through the trees - remembering soft smiles and a love that will last a lifetime."

Looking back at my wedding photos, I am brought right back to mine and my husbands wedding day. “I'm SO glad we had Emily take our engagement pictures!! My husband and I are more of the shy type, so I was a bit worried the session would be awkward, especially since he doesn’t like getting his picture taken. The only thing I knew I wanted for the pictures was a waterfall in the background. I told Emily that, and she found a beautiful location for the session. It had a big waterfall and also a bridge for additional shots.
The session turned out great! We had fun and Emily made us feel very comfortable. We could be ourselves which is so important when taking pictures because nobody wants to look uncomfortable. She was such a great person to do this with. I was very excited to see the finished pictures, and they turned out more than amazing!! We are very happy we chose Emily for our engagement pictures.”

“Emily is so incredibly gifted in capturing love between two people! She collaborated with my husband to capture the surprise proposal in the most authentic way. We did an engagement shoot right after he proposed and I've never felt more comfortable in front of a camera in my life!
